Women Do Love Geeks?
I would have never thought in a million years that geek is the next chic. Do women really prefer geeks over jocks? Did Revenge of the Nerds have anything to do with it? I know Jen (my girlfriend of 3 years) loves me for my geekiness because I continue to show her the power of the latest technology with gadgets and websites. But do the majority of women prefer geeks? What do you say ladies, would you much rather have a geek, or a man who barely knows how to turn on a computer, let alone program the VCR. (ooops, it's DVR now a'days isn't it) MSNBC (back in December of 2007) did a great story on just this (video below). Is it just a few key women or is it a majority of women in general that think this way?

mmmm.
I'd rather someone real then someone who is always living up to someone else's standard of what's beautiful or what's right. Most of the time, the guys who aren't putting in 40 hours a week at the gym get it more than the guys who do. But that's not to say that eye candy isn't appreciated once in a while. It's just balancing the candy from the ones that actually are worth paying the meal ticket for.
